About Me
I am Sahil Rabbani — an MSc International Management graduate based in Galway, Ireland, with a background in financial analysis and a genuine commitment to helping businesses make better strategic decisions.
My path into consulting began with a strong academic foundation in business and entrepreneurship at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra — where I developed a deep interest in how organisations grow, compete, and make strategic decisions.
Following my undergraduate studies, I gained practical hands-on financial analysis experience in Maharashtra, India. There, I worked on monthly management packs, P&L summaries, variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and KPI reporting — giving me first-hand exposure to how financial data drives business decisions.
I then pursued an MSc in International Management at the University of Galway, Ireland — deepening my expertise in strategy, market analysis, business analytics, and project management across global contexts. It was here that I committed to building a consulting practice focused on making professional strategic support accessible to businesses that need it most.
Every report I produce is written to be understood — not to impress with jargon. The goal is always actionable insight.
I never advise based on assumption. Every recommendation is grounded in rigorous research and verifiable data.
I work only on projects I believe in and always prioritise the long-term interest of the client over short-term deliverables.
Quality consulting should not be the exclusive preserve of large corporations. I bring the same rigour to every client regardless of size.
Deadlines are respected. Scope is honoured. Communication is transparent throughout every engagement.
Chess has been a defining part of my intellectual development. Competing and winning at a national level in Ireland has sharpened the very skills that make a good consultant — pattern recognition, long-term planning, calm decision-making under pressure, and the ability to anticipate challenges before they arise.
The discipline of competitive chess and the rigour of strategic consulting are, in many ways, the same mindset applied to different problems. Both reward those who think several moves ahead.
If you're looking for a dedicated, research-driven consultant who takes your business seriously — I'd be glad to hear from you.
